Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds up to £30 may be processed at our discretion without further approval. Refunds above £30 require review and approval by the business owner. Refunds will not be issued for completed work that has been delivered as agreed. Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
